WatchMariachi performing at a restaraunt.
Great musicians. Note the moustaches and stylish colours. They sing like a quire too with one do the lead and the other two harmonizing, possibly something I should consider making my skeleton band do.
Courting, Dancing and Mariage.
Many models are of the dead during the festival, mostly around the themes of musicians, Catrina’s and emphatic male skeletons.
I like the idea of having a band in my animation. It would be good to create a soundtrack with Mexican guitar music.
I’ll have a look at some examples of DOTD Mexican bands.

Their are various characters personified in skeletal form for the festival, I’m going to have a look at some, with a to possibly including them in my animation,

Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead)
A mexican celebration that dates back to an aztec tradition devoted to Mictecacihuatl, the God of the underworld.
Indoors the festival is celebrated by people building shrines for the departed. They fill tables with items that their loved ones were fond of, such as food, sweets, drink and photos.
